HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. ALREADY HAVE A KCX LUX ACCOUNT?

If you have an account with us, tracking your order is even easier. Simply log in to your KCX LUX account and navigate to the “Orders” section, where you can view the latest updates on your shipment. If you checked out as a guest, you can still track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

WHAT IF MY TRACKING HASN’T BEEN UPDATED?

Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to reflect after your order has been shipped. During peak seasons or unexpected carrier delays, updates may take a little longer. If your tracking status hasn’t changed for a few days, it’s best to wait a bit as the carrier may still be processing your shipment.
